Youth Programs

At inFIT, we offer a variety of youth-focused fitness programs designed to meet kids where they are — whether they’re new to movement, building confidence, or developing athletic skills. All programs are led by experienced trainers in a safe, supportive environment.

Adaptive Youth Training Series

This fun, inclusive, and engaging program is designed especially for kids who may find traditional fitness settings challenging. The goal is to provide a welcoming space where kids can move their bodies, build confidence, and enjoy being active at their own pace.

Classes feature age-appropriate, modified movements to ensure every participant feels comfortable and supported. All kids are welcome, and parents or caregivers are encouraged to stay if their child needs additional support.

FIT4Life: A Kids Program for Homeschool Students

Empowering kids to take charge of their health and be FIT4Life!

FIT4Life is a dynamic program designed specifically for homeschool students, blending fitness and wellness education to help kids develop healthy habits that last a lifetime — all in a fun, engaging environment.

What’s Included:

  • Fitness Fun: Age-appropriate activities to build strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination

  • Wellness Education: Interactive lessons on nutrition, sleep, and healthy lifestyle choices

YFT – Youth Fitness Training

YFT is a small-group training program for youth athletes or students interested in learning the fundamentals of strength training in a safe and supportive environment.

Participants learn proper technique while building:

  • Muscular strength

  • Endurance

  • Core stability

  • Flexibility & mobility

  • Basic sports nutrition knowledge

This program focuses on skill development, confidence, and safe movement patterns that support long-term athletic success.
